Fruits

One of the main activities of the agricultural company “Zelena Levada” is the production of fruits. Today, the main product positions are apples and apricots. The farm also produces plums and cherries.

Natural honey and beekeeping products

The farm’s apiaries are located at several stationary points along the South Bug and Sinyukha rivers, where bees collect exclusive honey of meadow and steppe forbs.

Some apiaries are constantly on mobile platforms, on which they “roam” throughout the season for monofloral honeys from rapeseed, linden, white acacia, coriander, etc.

Agricultural company “Zelena Levada” sells honey wholesale and retail. The assortment also includes honeycomb honey, wax, propolis, pollen, perga and other beekeeping products.

The company sells bee colonies. Breeding material is imported from the leading breeding farms of Ukraine (Apis mellifera carpatica and Apis mellifera sossimai). The obtained breeding material is tested for productivity, winter hardiness, resistance to diseases, aggressiveness and other valuable economic qualities. New bee colonies are created on the basis of their own F1 queens.

Exclusive honey and fruit products

Currently, the company is preparing premises and equipment for the production of various honey and fruit products. Research is being conducted and test batches of products based on certain honey-fruit combinations are being produced. The main directions of such research are the production of dried fruits for concoctions, compotes and other drinks, the production of fermented honey-fruit products, fruit vinegar, and the production of snack products for healthy eating.
